Job Description

Position:

Outpatient Infusion Clinical Nurse

We are:Providers of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to Oncology patients and families living with cancer in a healing and innovative environment

You will:Work within a Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice ModelManage a select caseload of patients receiving chemotherapy on an outpatient basisAdminister chemotherapy, perform patient assessment, and provide symptom management and patient and family educationAct as part of a multidisciplinary team provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-upParticipate in the implementation of clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum

Hours:

Full-time flexible 12 hour shift schedule including weekends

You need:New York State RN license and BSN1.5 years of related chemotherapy experience requiredChemotherapy certification strongly preferredMedical Oncology experience strongly preferred
