Job Description

Treasury Services within the Finance Department is responsible for maintaining adequate liquidity for disbursement funding, managing Corporate Cards and merchant accounts, coordination of deposits, and maintaining banking relationships.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Treasury Services, the Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing MSK’s merchant accounts and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) analysis. The Treasury Analyst is also responsible for reconciliation of corporate cards activities and other Treasury related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Credit Card Payment Services & Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Analysis

  • Manages the set-up of merchant accounts in Elavon Payment Navigator for new locations throughout the organization

  • Manages user access to Payment Navigator

  • Creates and manages credit card processing policies and procedures and ensure routinely distributed to all active users

  • Provides training and documentation to new and established users as needed

  • Provides leadership by facilitating project planning assignments for the PCI DSS objectives and prepare annual SAQs

  • Plans and facilitates the implementation of assigned PCI DSS remediation requirements

  • Evaluates reports provided by PCI validated vendors including PCI DSS Reports on Compliance (ROC) and PCI PA-DSS Reports of Validation (ROV)

  • Reviews internal system development as well as 3rd party systems to ensure compliance with PCI requirements and best practices

  • Performs, facilitates, and helps oversee PCI testing and certification

  • Assists in developing and delivering PCI security awareness training

Reconciliation of Corporate Cards

  • Reviews and reconciles corporate card activities for employees’ corporate cards as well as departmental corporate cards (Hotel, Travel, Corporate Procurement, IT Procurement, etc)

  • Provides guidance to cardholders on purchasing card process and policy

Managing Lockboxes

  • Processes incoming checks to make sure they are delivered to the correct location

  • Scans checks for deposit into their corresponding lockbox

Works with Associate Director on special projects

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics isrequired

  • Two to four years related experiences in Treasury or Finance

  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel isstrongly preferred

  • General knowledge of PCI DSS requirements is preferred
