Job Details:

The Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist III to join their midtown-based team. Our TASs are recognized as internal Talent Advisors to a wide variety of client groups. The Talent Acquisition Specialist III is the most senior of our individual contributor roles.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Utilize creative recruitment and sourcing methods to manage a high volume of open requisitions.

  • Conduct intake meetings and strategize with front line hiring managers and our human resources business partners.

  • Conduct applicant assessments and recommend candidates

  • Develop and extend job offers, and negotiate compensation packages.

  • Lead special projects and initiatives

  • Attend off-site job fairs and recruitment events.

You are:

  • Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • Passionate about talent

  • Adept in behavioral based interviewing techniques

  • Familar with a variety of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Capable of anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple clients.

  • Action-oriented and eager to embrace new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.

  • Persuasive and influencial; able to utilize employment and external statistics/data

You need:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of previous experience as a recruiter

  • Internal human resources experience is preferred.

  • Knowledge of employment and EEO laws and regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong ATS skills – we use iCIMS!

  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills are a plus.
