Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center’s HR Business Partner team is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner .
A diverse group of individuals who partner with leadership teams to optimize talent, structure, processes and culture in support of delivering the business plan. We anticipate, identify, and respond to opportunities. We leverage our knowledge of client needs, employee relations, talent management, and talent acquisition to help our clients achieve their goals. We act as internal consultants with a broad knowledge of the institution and its practices.
We have over 14,000 employees at MSK and each area is represented by its own Business Partner, familiar with that area’s priorities and intricacies.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years’ experience in HR or related field, preferably as an HR Business Partner
A track record of results, problem-solving and accountability
Ability to see the big picture and be attentive to detail
Excellent written and presentation skills
