Adept at creating partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.

Flexible in your approach and demeanor in order to align with the shifting demands of evolving circumstances.
Use your strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support a practice by providing administrative support to the clinical team.
Ensure blood donors and patients are assisted in a timely and courteous manner by functioning as their initial contact for the practice where you are responsible for distributing appropriate forms and gathering required information.
Update and maintain accurate records in the practice’s computer database.
Schedule donor and patient appointments and provide telephone coverage for the practice.
Strong administrative secretarial experience required.
Contribute to the upkeep and safety of the Donor Room and assure a safe, organized and adequately supplied work area.
High school diploma
A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role strongly preferred. Experience working with patients is a plus.
Strong computer skills
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 12-8pm, every other Saturday 8a-4p
