Project Mgr, Data Analysis, QA

Specific responsibilities include: Manages and oversees complex groups of tasks with fixed timelines; Works in conjunction with leadership on improvement and outcomes work efforts as put forth by the Executive Leadership and the DPIC of Quality. Evaluates the integrity of datasets, databases, and reporting solutions. Supervises all data analysts, conducting analyses pertaining to quality and safety of clinical care using a variety of clinical and non-clinical data sources; collaborating with others to design and construct electronic databases for custom recurrent and one-time data collection efforts; and designing and supervising regular and thorough assessments of data quality for clinical quality measures related to Ongoing Performance Practice Evaluations and other performance improvement initiatives.

Manages complex groups of tasks with fixed deadlines, multitasking with newly identified tasks within the same timeframes. Schedules, plans work assignments and sets priorities to effectively meet project requirements and deadlines. Determines the approach, schedule and method of handling projects assigned.

Develops analytic procedures for support of program planning, development and patient care improvement

Coordinates and oversees the biannual production of the practice specific physician profile

Oversees and manages the activities of the quality informatics group

Ensures monitoring and feedback of compliance with Clinical Council and Medical Board approved standards.

Anticipates and plans for future reporting requirements.

Master’s Degree Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics, or other related field.

2-4 years data management experience in performance or quality improvement environment
