Job Details:

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Development Division at MSK. Project Management experience with CRM systems (Blackbaud) is key for this role. The role equires initiation of analyses (operational and financial), data gathering and manipulation, and presentation of results, findings and recommendations to the Senior Leadership in Development. Coordinates projects from front line or directs appropriate staff as applicable. Proactively proposes and develops methodologies to fulfill programmatic needs and reviews with Administrator as needed.

You Will:

As assigned, initiates, plans, develops and conducts project methodologies to facilitate departmental initiatives and fulfill programatic needs

Performance Expectations:

Serve as primary point of contact in working for projects and assignments.

Participate in the development of and facilitates business and action plans to progress departmental initiatives

Develop and sustains project work flows and timelines

Manage ongoing projects including appropriate escalation of issues and progress

Serve as a member of departmental and institutional committees, as appropriate to meet job requirements

Serve as primary liaison for appropriate contacts both within the institution and with external contacts

Participate in the development of, recommends, and directs new and modified policies and procedures modifications

Works closely with leadership and Clinical Management staff to plan and implement new program initiatives affecting clinical care and research activity. Seeks guidance as needed.

Understand external regulations as well as MSKCC policies and procedures and is able to interpret their implications for the project.

You Have:

A Bachelors Degree

4-7 years of Project Management related experience

Experience with Blackbaud CRM

A Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field.
