MSK is seeking a part time Project Coordinator to join our Health Informatics team. In collaboration with the VP, Chiefs, Director, Project Managers, and Admin Manager in Health Informatics this role assists in coordinating various aspects of the Division of Health Informatics projects as well as calendar management.
Initiate, support and conduct analysis of issues, presents recommendations, disseminates information and manages projects and project timelines.
Respond to inquiries and acts as liaison to internal contacts and maintains thorough knowledge of each meeting series and notifies relevant personnel of changes.
Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and Sub Division Heads in Health Informatics as needed.
Create purchase orders, check requests, travel reimbursements, conference service planning, and event planning.
Develop project plans defining deliverables and resources required for successful and seamless execution.
Provide administrative support to all areas of the division, as needed or directed by the Admin Manager or Sub Division Head.
Coordinate and assist with the maintenance of the DHI project databases, Teamshare sites, Teamwork Projects, and Intranet pages.
Coordinate and interface with clinical, information systems, research, and quality areas on new and ongoing projects.
Experience using clinical systems or familiarity with medical records
Project Management experience highly preferred
