Memorial Sloan Kettering is seeking a Mobility Solutions Project Manager with experience working with mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM) and unified endpoint management (UEM). Project management professionals are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, work breakdown structure, schedule, deliverables, staffing requirements, managing project execution and risk and applying project and program management processes and tools. The Mobility Project Manager will manage efforts between various Information Systems teams, as well clinical personnel and third-party vendors to ensure that an integrated solution is provided with a key focus on the end-user experience.. Candidates should be familiar with one or more MDM/MAM/UEM technologies and remote connectivity solutions.
Leveraging existing tools, develop and maintain a project management process incorporating best practices for the department to improve planning, scheduling, deliverable formats, budgeting and controlling of risk.
Run complex IT projects through design, implementation, and production – communicating expectations along the way.
Track Projects & Timelines across concurrent IT, Infrastructure and Security teams w/ many stakeholders & vendors.
Capturing requirements and development of design from customer requests and effectively relaying/communicating to the team.
Work as a partner with the technical groups executing the project, resolving issues, coordinating communication, and managing risks/problems.
Performing other duties, as assigned, to support the needs of the IT Dept.
Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
8 years I/T experience and 3 years supporting MDM solutions including implementation of MDM security policies
3 years Project Management experience
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must possess strong organizational skills
Comfortable working at many org levels and effective at collaborating with various stakeholders
Must be team-oriented, performance-oriented
Experience with VmWare, Citrix XenApp, Xen Desktop a plus
Experience with Windows 10, bitlocker encryption, MBAM a plus
Knowledge of Mobility Management, UEM technologies such as Intune, VmWare, Airwatch/Workspace One, Netscaler, Cisco SSL VPN, Xen Mobile, Blackberry MMS
