Job Description

Memorial Sloan Kettering is seeking a Mobile Technology Analyst to apply mobility platform and remote connectivity expertise to performing product engineering, management, and technology integration across the enterprise. Candidates should have experience with one or more MDM/MAM and remote connectivity solutions such as InTune, VMWare Airwatch/Workspace ONE, netscaler and Cisco SSL VPN with a successful history of applying in-depth defense security strategies to mobile solutions with a key focus on the end-user experience.

Responsibilities/Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Provide engineering services, advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and monitoring of the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) Infrastructure.

  • Work with the various MDM vendors and Mobile Security vendors.

  • Establish and upkeep of technical documentation as needed to support the MDM environment and the associated MDM policies and procedures.

  • Perform console configuration as required to support mobile device management.

  • Assist with day-to-day enrollment provisioning monitoring of devices.

  • Provide recommendations for optimization and assist with implementation of any improvements identified.

  • Plan and coordinate upgrade and maintenance activities for the MDM, MAM environment.

  • Assist with tracking, monitoring, and troubleshooting as necessary.

  • Provide post-implementation support services as required.

  • Ability to take ownership of new mobile technology solutions and perform Proof of Concept (POC) testing.

  • Assist with configuration and roll-out of devices.

Qualities/Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • 1+ years’ experience supporting MDM and/or MAM technologies including implementation of MDM security policies (VMware Workspace ONE, MobileIron, Citrix Xen Mobile, Intune, etc.)

  • Experience with MS Exchange Active Sync.

  • Experience with Active Directory, MS O365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)

  • Experience with iOS, Android, and Windows Operating Systems

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Must possess strong organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working at many org levels.

  • must be team-oriented, performance-oriented.

  • Experience with Citrix XenApp, Xen Desktop a plus
