We are seeking anExecutive Assistantto provide administrative support to the Sr. Vice President, Human Resources. You will interact on behalf of the Sr. Vice President with senior-level MSK leadership, Board members, HR leadership and staff, employees, leadership of affiliated hospitals, and external organizations/consultants.

You will:

  • Function as the key administrative support person in the management and coordination of divisional operations on the behalf of the Sr. Vice President. This includes handling communications to the division, scheduling meetings and managing the SVP's calendar priorities, coordination of all divisional meetings including developing communications, agendas, resolving complex inquiries and fulfills requests using judgment and knowledge of initiatives and organization policies and programs.

  • Lead on facilities maintenance, space assignments, capital budget, equipment procurement, event planning, and related duties.

  • Oversee the administrative aspects of divisional initiatives and projects as needed.

You need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of related experience or a High School Diploma plus 4-7 years of experience providing executive level support.

  • Interest or previous work in HR/Healthcare is a plus

  • Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential, sensitive information
