Job Details:

MSK is seeking a Video Specialist to join our Conference Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all elements with regard to the planning and development of audio-visual and on-site meetings, programs and conferences including liaison with project related personnel for the implementation of clinically impactful medical education and other hospital events.

You Will Also:

  • Work in conjunction with Manager of Conference Services and vendors on all events

  • Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders internal and external vendors for on-site and audio-visual needs

  • Start up projectors, monitors and microphones for meeting use

  • Research and provide information for new Conference Services technologies

  • Work with the finance team to ensure that all chargebacks are accurate

  • Coordinate annual large events

  • After each event provide recap of what worked and what didn’t, so we can continue to improve processes

  • Working with internal technical, clinical and research teams

  • Create PowerPoint decks as appropriate

  • Bring new ideas to the table and improve efficiencies

You Need:

  • Proficient in ESP or similar solution

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and oral communications

  • Excellent follow-through skills, with a strong attention to detail

  • Strong time management

  • Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
