Clinical Nurse - Peri-Anesthesia
The David Koch Center for Cancer Care will provide a dynamic outpatient setting for leading edge cancer treatments. The Koch Center re-designs the way in which cancer care is provided, with an emphasis on innovation, continuous data-driven improvement, and an optimized patient experience.
We are currently seeking Peri-Anesthesia Nurses to join our new team. Peri-Anesthesia Clinical Nursesimplement the nursing process for IR patients in both the Pre-Procedural and Post-Procedural Recovery area.

Facilitate patients through theprocedureprocess as well as providing intensive monitoring and nursing interventions post-operatively.
Perform duties under the direction of the nurse leader/charge nurse.
Participate in the implementation of clinical support programs and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
New York State RN license and BSN
Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience, preferably in a critical care area
Surgical oncology experience preferred
National Certification highly preferred
BCLS and ACLS required
- 12 hour shifts flexed between 6:00am - 9:00pm with weekend and holiday rotation required.
