Clinical Nurse – Coordinator Bone Marrow Transplant Outpatient setting
Hours: 10 hour days flexed Monday – Friday
Providers of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to Oncology patients and families living with cancer in a healing and innovative environment.

An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and executing communications based on that understanding.
Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Work within a multi-disciplinary Bone Marrow Transplant team.
Coordinate all aspects of care for patients in preparation to receive a bone marrow transplant.
Provide extensive education, counseling and support to patients and their caregivers.
Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care for patients during the pre-transplant period.
Participate in coordination of care for related stem cell donors.
New York State RN license and BSN
Minimum 3 years recent experience with BMT patients highly desirable.
National certification strongly preferred
Ambulatory care experience preferred
