Associate Clinical Director of Patient Financial Services RN (Registered Nurse)

The Associate Clinical Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS) directs and coordinates the clinical functions of PFS to maximize patient access to care at MSK.

You are:

  • Knowledgeable about business and the marketplace and able to apply this knowledge to advance the organization’s goals

  • A provider of work directives, delegating responsibilities as necessary and removing obstacles in order to get work done.

  • Able to build effective teams where team members apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

  • Able to operate effectively, even when things are not clear or the way forward is not obvious.

You will:

  • Lead and implement initiatives that promote an environment assuring seamless ongoing access to care

  • Develop and foster relationships with multiple counterparts and key stakeholders across MSK

  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to secure patient’s continued access to care

  • Oversees the people, processes, and systems that constitute the PFS Case Management, Clinical Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy and Car-T Coordinator roles in PFS.

You need:

  • Bachelor’s of Nursing (BSN)-Required. Master’s degree is a nursing area is highly preferred.

  • Registered Nursing (RN) License from New York State (or eligibility to obtain)

  • 10 years+ experience as a clinical RN in Oncology.
