Assistant Director of Nurse Anesthesia Services at Main Campus

Reporting to the Director, Nurse Anesthesia Services the Assistant Director is responsible for developing organizational policies for CRNA personnel, assuring CRNA staff competencies in safe and proper operation and quality control of equipment, techniques, and procedures, and analyzes and evaluates activities to assure established quality patient care.

You are:

  • Knowledgeable about business and the marketplace and able to apply this knowledge to advance the organization’s goals.

  • A provider of work directives, delegating responsibilities as necessary and removing obstacles in order to get work done.

  • Building effective teams where team members apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

You Have:

  • NYS RN license

  • BSN, Master’s Degree (Doctoral Degree highly preferred)

  • CRNA Certification

  • Minimum of 7 years of CRNA experience, preferably in an acute care environment.

Hours: Days, Monday – Friday
