Appointments and Promotions Coordinator, Department of Medicine
The largest of Memorial Sloan Kettering’s clinical departments, our Department of Medicine encompasses experts in various specialties within the Hematologic Malignancies, Solid Tumor Oncology, Quality, Safety & Medical Operations, Oncology Operations, and Subspecialty Medicine. We offer a range of services both in New York City and at our regional network locations. The attending faculty of the Department of Medicine oversee the care of the whole patient. Our experts provide the complete spectrum of medical oncology treatments such as chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, and cellular therapy, leading the development and testing of new drug therapies in all areas.

Efficiently and with high degree of accuracy process the faculty appointments in the Department of Medicine at MSK and Weill Cornell Medical College
Assist with special projects and department programs
Process the reappointments within the department
Assist with other tasks as needed
A Bachelors degree preferred plus two years of experience providing office support in an office setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Access, Excel
Ability to ensure privacy of sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Hours: Monday-Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility as needed#LI-POST
