The Learning and Organization Development Department (L&OD) provides consulting services to enhance organizational, departmental, and individual performance. We are committed to developing employees at all levels through a variety of initiatives, workshops, lectures, coaching, and more. You Are:

  • A strategic thinker who can make sense of complex information to effectively solve problems

  • Results oriented and motivated by the opportunity to take on new initiatives with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm

  • Able to work effectively and consistently achieve results, even under tough and uncertain circumstances

  • A collaborative team member who builds partnerships and facilitates open dialogue with others to meet shared objectives

  • A quick learner who is capable of adjusting your approach and leadership behavior based on the shifting demands of the situation or audience

You Will:

  • Apply organization development and change leadership approaches to set strategy, provide direction, and drive intentional organizational transformation initiatives across MSK in high impact areas such as, patient care delivery, patient access, supply chain, finance, and technology

  • Consult with sponsors and leaders to develop the vision for change, understand underlying issues, conduct organizational assessments, and define performance metrics and business outcomes

  • Maximize change adoption through the design, development, and execution of change leadership strategies and plans

  • Coach and support teams regarding the use of change leadership tools and methodologies to engage stakeholders and sustain culture change

  • Design, customize, and deliver learning programs to support skill development in effective change leadership practices

  • Partner with MSK’s Project Management and Process Engineering teams to enable successful and sustainable change that improves organizational operations and performance

You Need:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organization development, change leadership, or related discipline

  • Master’s degree in organization development, change leadership, or related discipline

  • Certification in change leadership methodology preferred (e.g., Prosci)
