The Physician Billing Department is seeking at Revenue Operations Associate to ensure all surgical charges are entered into the PeriOp System and Surgical Coding Database within designated time frames and to process and enter any edits from Interface Files or Patient Keeper.
Enter all relevant data into IDX, Surgical Coding Database, PeriOp System, and ATH OpTime System.
Complete all necessary forms per department guidelines; maintains neat and organized files.
Screen all charge tickets, including surgical and anesthesia charges for Operating Room, ATH OpTime and OpTime Surgery that are received by the Physician Billing Department to ensure information pertinent to billing is present.
Ensure accuracy of all information entered into IDX, Screening Database, Surgical Coding Database and OpTime System.
Review Patient Keeper Holding Bin daily to identify edits to work and ensures charges are sent to the Outbox in the appropriate timeframe.
Update biller comments to reflection current status of bill and review regularly to ensure accuracy.

A high school diploma/GED is required
At least 1 years of relevant experience
