As the Manager of Stewardship, under the direction of the Associate Director of Donor Relations, you will:
Manage, with the assistance of the Donor Relations Specialist, the complex acknowledgment process ensuring that donors receive accurate and timely tax receipts and gift acknowledgment letters.
Work with the various fundraising groups to meet their unique acknowledgment needs.
Assist with donor recognition needs, such as plaques, recognition pieces, special programs or events, and via appropriate acknowledgment letters, etc.
Work with vendors to develop appropriate recognition systems in physical facilities, including plaques, signs, the Center’s Benefactors Wall, donor portraits, etc.
Assist with the Center’s Naming Opportunities list.
Develop materials and reports to provide this information to staff, donors, and prospective donors.
Supervise, train, and mentor Coordinator of Donor Relations and Donor Relations Specialist

A strong leader that thrives on seeing your team and colleagues excel and exceed expectations
A Bachelor’s Degree AND 5 years of relevant experience within professional development or philanthropic environment.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
Prior experience writing and editing under executive level signatures and excellent proofreading and editing skills.
Project management, supervisory skills and experience coordinating relationship management items with Gift Officers is highly desirable.
